Appetizers at 6:00. Dinner is at 7:00.
$30 per person – inexpensive wine included. (If you would like to drink a nice bottle of wine, please feel free to bring your own. You may share with your hostess.)
2 free slots for: 1) prep/sous chef and 2)dishwasher.
Prep/Sous-Chef: please arrive at 4:00 and you will cook through dinner.
Second free slot is for dishwasher: arrive at 6 and wash until 11…someone may help you if you’re lucky.

Hot and sweet pepper cornbread
Homegrown, home-pickled spicy summer beans
Jicama + apples with fava bean dip
Lemonbalm tea
1st:
Baked mini pears with bacon and gruyere cheese
Red orach salad with apples, raisins, and blue cheese
More hot and sweet pepper cornbread with honey herb butter
2nd:
Zucchini stuffed with either: i) sausage, tomato, cheese; ii) provolone, basil, tomato compote; iii) bacon, herb, onion confit (you can get a slice of all three)
Braised kale with onions
Sweet pepper salsa
Dessert:
Pumpkin pie, of course
Fresh whipped cream
